Cancellations and Rescheduling-
Because Body. Skin. Nails. is by appointment only, your appointment is time reserved exclusively for you and we request that you please review our cancellation policy.

A credit card is required for booking an appointment.

If you need to reschedule or cancel an appointment, we require a minimum of 24-hours notice. We kindly ask that you cancel your appointment online or by phone no less than 24 hours in advance to avoid the cancellation fee.

Canceling or rescheduling less than 24 hours of your appointment time will result in 100% of the service fee being charged to the reserved credit card.

"No Shows" and "Same Day Cancellations"will also result in 100% of the service fee being charged to the reserved credit card.
Clients that “NO SHOW” two times will be placed on a prepay basis only for all future appointments.
We realize that it is easy to forget an appointment made months in ahead. To help you remember, we do send out email confirmations 48-hours before your appointment time.
Late Arrivals -
Please understand that arriving late may limit the time available for your service, thus lessening its effectiveness and your pleasure. Your timely arrival is appreciated.
If you are running late, please call or text (520) 490-9276. If you are less than 15 minutes late, the service will be shortened into the time allotted.
If you are more than 15 minutes late, the appointment may need to be rescheduled or modified. In both cases, you will be charged for the full amount of the scheduled appointment.
Changing Service Type -
You will be charged the difference for downgrading services without 24-hour notice.
For example, if you originally booked an "Add-On French Manicure" but decided to only get a single color instead, you will be charged the higher amount.
This policy also applies in cases where client lateness results in a downgrade of services.
Nail Repairs and Fixes -
Should damage to your manicure occur, the salon must be contacted within 7 days of your initial service to receive a complimentary nail repair. This excludes any nail breaks that require an extension, in which the client is responsible for payment in full. Any damage or break reported after 7 days will be repaired at cost.
Privacy Policy -
Body. Skin. Nails. LLC respects the privacy of our online visitors. If we make a material change to this Privacy Policy, we will notify you by posting the change on our main website, www.bodyskinnails.com, or in this Policy section. Your continued use of our Body. Skin. Nails. website and booking site will signify your acceptance to this Privacy Policy and of any changes.

We may collect this when you provide information at our salon or when you register to book appointments online, when you make appointments by telephone, and through providing our services. We may use the information you provide to: send you promotional materials or other communications regarding our services, process your payment card transactions; create and manage your online account; respond to your inquiries.
