Master Educator: Master Educators are our Top Master/Master Nail Technicians who have excelled in their mastery and skill set as well as demonstrated strong leadership and are passionate about this industry. They have been promoted to teach our team of nail technicians all aspects of what is required to become Top Master and Master Level Nail Technicians at Body. Skin. Nails.. Master Educators have completed multiple courses and earned certifications inside and outside of the company. They develop training programs and implement these standards in our salon; they dedicate multiple days per week exclusively to teaching and training.

Top Master Nail Technician: Our highest level of nail artists. Top Master Nail Technicians have developed an eye for creating aesthetically beautiful nails. They have meticulous techniques and pay attention to the small details. Clients have excellent product retention after seeing a Top Master Nail Technician.

Master Nail Technician: These nail technicians have advanced from Mid-Level Nail Technician. They have developed a strong skill set and can think critically regarding builder gel application, cuticle technique, product retention, and nail shaping. Master Level Nail Technicians create beautiful nails and have a high demand. They are typically booked out 2-3 weeks in advanced.
Mid-Level Nail Technician: These nail technicians are currently mastering their skill set. They are training with the Master Educator Nail Technicians to better perfect their techniques and to develop an eye for the small details. They are still learning to troubleshoot and develop their skills when it comes to product application and retention.
Junior Nail Technician: These nail technicians are currently enrolled in the Body. Skin. Nails. salon training program. They are learning the specialized techniques and fundamentals of a Russian Manicure, Structured Gel, and Dry Pedicure. Clients who book with them will be considered "MODELS" to help Junior Nail Technicians practice their skill set.
